ApplyPath is run by Vita App Inc. (USA) · Contact: hello@applypath.org

Understand how the plan uses your answers, how to keep your result, and what to confirm with a school before applying.

1. Study planning and official resources

The free planner and saved school list are for students aged 18+ and need no name, account, or documents. The planner uses your education, study or graduation status, curriculum and subject background, goals, and optional grade, English, and budget information to suggest possible routes and preparation steps. You can start with an undecided destination or degree. Official resources and school saving cover six study destinations; programme and admissions-date coverage expands through reviewed records. Confirm course-specific requirements with the school.

2. Understanding your plan

Your plan uses the answers you provide; it does not verify transcripts or establish your eligibility. Study routes, preparation steps, numeric comparisons, and AI explanations are not admission probabilities, credential-equivalence decisions, or professional advice. Grade comparisons use your supplied numbers and do not convert different grading scales. Before applying, check the latest official requirements for the course, campus, and intake. Schools review applications and make admission decisions. ApplyPath does not submit applications or government forms, pay fees for you, or guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, entry, status, or work authorization.

3. Optional AI explanations

The basic plan does not depend on AI. An AI explanation appears only when available and requires your consent checkbox and an active request. OpenAI receives only your destination, intended degree, interface language, broad preparation-task statuses derived from your answers, and official guidance supplied by the system. Specific education and curriculum details, subjects, study year, dates, grades, test scores, budget amount, program text, other free-form entries, and documents are not sent. AI explains general steps from this summary; it does not review your detailed education background. Its answer can be wrong, so use the original sources alongside it. See the privacy notice for retention details.

4. Saving and sharing

Basic study-planner answers, plans and detailed program-checklist marks remain in the current page’s browser memory; download a plan you want to keep before refreshing or leaving. Separately, My school list saves your schools, routes, years, rounds, stages, notes, preparation marks, personal dates and official-date completion records in this browser’s local storage across reloads and language changes. There is no account, automatic upload, cloud sync or submission to a university; other people using this browser may see the list. If this browser cannot save the list safely, the page warns that changes remain in memory only. Export a backup before changing devices or clearing browser data; explicitly clear the saved list in My school list. Resetting the basic planner does not clear saved schools. Delete downloaded files separately; resetting does not undo AI requests already sent. Downloads may include your circumstances and notes, so you decide whether to share them. Do not enter another person’s private information, impersonate someone, or bypass access and usage limits.

5. Costs and Los Angeles support

Study planning on this website is free. AI credit purchases, paid subscriptions, and online checkout are not offered. Pacific Bridge LA is a separate Los Angeles support service, with the founding program still being prepared. Service details, pricing, coverage area, cancellation, and refunds require a separate agreement. Viewing a program or downloading a brief is not an inquiry, booking, enrollment, or payment. Adult students authorize what updates may be shared with family. The program provides practical support and follow-up, not legal guardianship.

6. Documents and availability

No transcript, passport, visa, or financial document upload is needed to make a plan. Features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or interruptions. An incomplete AI request does not prevent you from using the basic plan. Your browser handles downloads; check its download history after saving. Complete and confirm school applications and any fee payments through the appropriate official channels.

7. ApplyPath Match

Match uses our published method to compare your chosen priorities and weights with identified source facts. It does not calculate results from QS, U.S. News or Niche positions, scores or ordering, and implies no endorsement by those publishers. It is not an admission probability or university-quality ranking. Each comparison shows the relevant programme, fee scope, reference year and data coverage. Missing facts remain unknown and do not mean a school is worse. A total score appears only when all active criteria have sufficient evidence. Tuition comparisons use published annual quotes in your selected currency and original fee-reference year, without automatic FX conversion. They are not your final bill or a complete living-cost budget; confirm applicability before applying or paying. Match preferences are stored separately in this browser and can be reset without changing saved-school progress.
